Open-source tools for Business Central
The scripts and extensions behind our client work, published so anyone can use, inspect and improve them. Free to use, with help available when you want it.
Projects
Each repository includes setup instructions, a license file and a ready-to-install release. Every Business Central app uses its own object range and the MID prefix, so any combination installs side by side.

Card Statement OCR, from PDF to approved invoice
Our flagship app takes the retyping out of company credit cards. The people who know what each charge was for do the coding, without a Business Central license.
-
Upload the statement
Accounts payable uploads the card statement PDF to a purchase invoice. OCR reads it and lists the cardholders on it.
-
The manager codes each charge
The manager gets an email link to a web portal, uploads each receipt, enters the G/L account and dimensions, and presses Submit.
-
Business Central builds the invoice
One line per charge, every receipt attached, mismatches flagged as comments, and the requisition form stamped as approved.
Use it yourself
Clone the repository, follow the README and run it. If you have a question or find a bug, open an issue on GitHub.
Or have us set it up
We can install, configure and tailor any of these tools for your Business Central tenant and servers, then support them over time.
Why open source?
You should be able to see exactly what software does before it touches your financial data. Open code also means no lock-in: if we part ways, everything keeps working.
Contribute
Pull requests are welcome. If you've solved a Business Central problem others have too, we'd like to hear about it.
